The Spa Sensation Package, 2D1N:
(booked the spa treatment via SIN tour agent, on day 2 morning (ours 10am-1pm), so that we have a full day 1 to enjoy, to go shopping,...]

10 10 10 10 ... 10 OCT 09 10:10am the ferry departure time:
[Batam is 1 hour behind SIN, is about 1 hour by ferry, we arrived Batam ard 10+am.]

After check-in, we planned our itinerary.
Before lunch, booked the shuttle bus to Nagoya Town and the return ferry for tomorrow, all done at the same counter in the hotel.

The free set lunch comprises steam rice plus 2 dishes. We top-up SGD5 each for the buffet lunch:

haha the last time i bowled was donkey years back, about 7 years ago, with GSK colleagues during the department team building, was so honor then as I was the only contract staff to be invited...... this game 'brought back' nice memory... my thumb nail chipped too then:

free shuttle to Nagoya town, the shopping not my 'style', so went for mani+pedi-cure (abt SGD25) instead. The nail polish color not nice lor, dun have light pink lei... so I picked this 'obiang' orange color which is theme color of Harris Resort:

==> there is no mini-mart in the hotel, a can of coke from the mini-bar is SGD4+... so... remember to pick up drinks, tibbits and snack from the supermart in Nagoya Town before taking the shuttle bus back to the hotel :)

The SGD30 BBQ dinner at pool side, not nice... not value for money:

==> guess the Korean BBQ from the Korean-Japanese Restuarant will be a much better choice... if not, should have tabao KFC,... from Nagoya Town.

heehee I brought along the milky face mask that I got from HK:

[ ever since ST brought me the face mask when joined me in New Delhi after my yoga course in FEB07, i started this habit of bringing face mask when traveling ;) ]

Day 2... the buffet breakfast, yum yum:

(haha I received a thank-you email after my return, with a complimentary 15min foot reflexology for 2 for my next visit.)

We checked out after breakfast, kept our luggages at the counter and went for the spa.

10am-1pm SPA (we managed to start at 9:45am):

The scrub so so only... the massage nice... but......

... usually after the massage, we are not supposed to bathe immediately as the massage oil is still 'taking effect'. But here we have 'Jacuzzi aromatic bath immediately after massage'? I'm not sure if this is okay, but kind of 'not so right feeling' lor:

We shortened our Jacuzzi Bath... ready for quick lunch by 12:45pm:

the Bi Bim Bab is okay, will be nice if it is prepared in 'stone wok' (haha direct translation hor).

1:30pm shuttle bus to ferry terminal
2:10pm ferry, reached SIN 4+pm. There is another ferry departing Batam in late afternoon.

... on the whole, quite a value for money getaway, friendly & cosy place......
