We had our last (12th) lesson of yoga [Basic Hatha Yoga Course - Nikam Guruji Yoga Kutir - http://www.yoganikam.com/ ], no practice just certificate-giving today.

Our group is the 8th batch at Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple. 1st lesson 157 participants (27% Male & 73% Female), 116 (26% Male & 74% Female) completed the course, that is about 74%.
[Mr Thyagu (the man in long-sleeve white shirt with the microphone) quoted what the master said - "If you teach a man yoga, he learns . If you teach a woman yoga, the whole family learns."
