25AUG08 MON - Breakfast @Radisson Hotel:
Taxi from Radisson to Krokeide NOK445 (abt SGD118), last week ChyunFang and I were almost late, this round I was there half an hour before departure, it was so windy, very cold lor, I left my bags on the bench and hide myself outside the eating house (not open lei).
At Krokeide Ferry Terminal:

Ferry from Krokeide to Hufthamar, NOK46 (abt SGD12), it started to rain when reaching Hufthamar:
Checked-in Bekkjarvik Gjestgiveri (guesthouse) after work, room at main building...
... yes! wireless internet, my take-away dinner from the nearby eating house:

28AUG08 THUR - My last breakfast @Bekkjarvik:
4pm Elsi gave me a ride from office to hotel in Bergen (abt 1.5hr), so nice of her, we had a good chat, she shared with me how their mood change from the depressing winter (long night) to the cheery summer (long day), the occasional nice colorful sky at night in Winter (the Aurora) that can really 'up-up' their mood, the pronunciation of Norwegian words like Fløyen (Fei-Yan), Troll ('Throw'), Tide (T-De), ...... and haha when a man says his wife is a Troll, he is implying that his wife is 'difficult'...
see these pics of Aurora from http://www.fjordtravel.no/, nice hor, hope i will have the chance to see the Aurora (the Northern Lights) and the Midnight Sun in future, even if it is in 'far' future not near, :( very expensive to visit Norway lor:

Pampered myself with these, the pink color national stone of Norway - Thulite (NOK630 less VAT NOK75, nett abt SGD150) :
heihei see what i bought, mostly for the kids:
Can get VAT refund of NOK120 (abt SGD32) but I din see any such counter before checking-in lei ; came with 1 suitcast and back with 2:
aiyo new departure time 1440HR, will I have sufficient time to go out jalan jalan in town during transit in Frankfurt? ; the airport provides zipper bags:

Got my VAT refund here (need not show the items lei) while waiting for boarding ; Boarding only at 1533HR:
last bread meal for now ; i thought we call this diet coke in Singapore instead of light coke:
Touched down at Frankfurt at around 6pm instead of 3pm, no time to go down town to jalan jalan, the terminal very big lor, walked n walked n walked...... then reached Gate C:
