early lunch at Ibu Oka... die die must try the famous babi guling (roast suckling pig)... read that they start serving the babi at 11am... we reached there at around 11am... already packed!
we took the traditional table... no chairs:
we are both 'soup person'... so we ordered one bowl of soup to try first... tasted.... it's yummy.... so we ordered another bowl... the next table 'ang mo' saw us ordered another bowl of soup, he also ordered :)
the soup looked so oily when captured... but the taste and look not oily at all lor... rp7k (about S$1)
this is the nasi babi guling special rp30k (about S$4.50)
got the pig's 'spare parts':
i asked st to choose her favourite from crispy duck, smoked duck and this babi guling... she likes this babi guling... me too!
we finished our early lunch at around 11:40am... see the pic, left little babi in the tray:
we went to the next door convenience store to change some money... heehee tiramisu cornetto for our sweet tooth... see the people behind me in the queue to tabao the babi guling:
at around 11:50am we were enjoying our ice-cream outside the convenience store... guess what i see here:

we saw yoman having his lunch at around 12pm.... in order not to disturb his lunch time, we went in to the nearby ubud tourist info to look see look see... the officer here over friendly lor... i went into the toilet while st was paying [ya need to pay rp2k each (about S$0.30) to use the toilet], he asked st where we from, st said singapore, he said so pretty... alamak waited for me at the toilet entrance to say i pretty and rubbed shoulder with me...
told yoman we wanna buy some titbits to bring back, he brought us to this place... haha ice-cream again! the potong so skinny & long compared to our fat & short, must try lor:
