12-18 MAR 2008 MY FIRST WEEK IN ASHRAM!

This doggie (does not belong to the Ashram) was 'howling' at our door (not sure if this is the right word, u know that kind of sound dog makes when see 'ghost', hahaha...) the whole of my 2nd night in the ashram, but I wasn't really affected, so lucky ... 'piggy' me ... deep sleep any where any place ... hahaha......
Eating Guidelines and Indian Eating Style:
I adopted the Indian Eating style, not bad hor, 'shi mo shi yang':

BTW, I've changed my plan, likely to stay in Nasik for 10-day attachment in the Yoga Therapy Center, thereafter spend 2 to 3 days in Mumbai, will return home latest 24 APR 08 Thursday morning (dad & mum have follow-up at SNEC in the afternoon).

Also next week no weekly off, will do Master Cleansing (Shankha Prakshalana) whereby we will keep doing: drinking... performing asana... put-put ......

hey friends, sorry for this late update and thank you so much for your concerns. i'm very fine, just a bit of cough & dry throat and really tired after over 24 hours of traveling via train from rishikesh to delhi to nasik...

11-12MAR08 TUE-WED 5am-4am train from new delhi to nasik

12MAR08 WED 7:30am safe & sound at Yoga Vidya Gurukul Head Office
12MAR08 WED 1pm will be leaving for the Ashram for the 1-month yoga therapy course

hahaha... me 'fan jian' lor, take train save me about S$120, take flight definitely more comfortable la... but different kind of experience lor... um 'liu lang' in train station, so far so good ;)

The staff so helpful, ride his motor-bike to source for guest house for me, then gave me a lift to the guest house. (I so long never ride on motor-bike haha)
