Lemongrass Ginger Tea

i am enjoying my warm soothing freshly brewed lemongrass ginger tea now :)

bought these, lemongrass S$0.35 & ginger S$0.66 [abt 200g]  :

used about 1/3 of what i bought [no lah did not use 1/3 of the tub of honey hor..., i mean 1/3 of the raw ingredients... hahaha...] :

chopped and boiled these :

my soothing freshly brewed lemongrass ginger tea :

i boiled 3 times [removed the boiled and added fresh water], total gathered about 2 litres i think, leftover of about 700ml in the fridge for tomorrow :)

13AUG11 PS:

the 1st boil is 'thicker'... best to drink it hot, or cold 'on the rock' :)

the 2nd & 3rd boil are diluted... just nice to drink it chilled instead of 'on the rock' :)
