Candice & I gave our colleague, Shareen a surprise at lunch time by popping by the SCM Logistics World 2006 exhibition at Suntec City Convention Centre. My visitor's pass:

Take-away lunch - I bought Niang Tou Fu, nothing special, no pic. Candice bought this Hokkien Prawn Mee from Suntec Foodcourt, she said it's yummy. Unlike the common waxed paper wrapping, this is wrapped in the dried straw-like leaf of Nipah Palm (or Nibong Palm?) or Betel-Nut tree. The Hokkien Prawn Mee was infused with the fragrance of the leaf by the time we walked back to office.
